Create Workspace & Brand
About 2 minutes. On first use, follow the guide through team, brand, prompts, and competitors to start AI brand monitoring.
Open the setup page. The system walks you through five steps: Create team → Create brand → Select prompts → Select competitors → Done. The left sidebar shows your current progress, and you can click Back on any step to make changes — your inputs are kept automatically.
Step 1: Create a team

A team is your collaboration workspace for managing brands and members.
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Team avatar | No | PNG / JPG / WebP, up to 2MB |
| Team name | Yes | Your team or company name, e.g. “Product Team” |
| Team description | No | Short description of the team |
Click Next to move on to brand creation.
Join an existing team
If your team already exists, click Already have a team? Join with invite code on this step, or open the invite link shared by a team admin. After joining, you share the team’s brand data and monitoring config, and skip team creation.
Step 2: Create a brand

A brand is what you track. The brand quota for your current plan (remaining brands you can create) is shown next to the title.
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Brand avatar | No | Upload manually, or the system tries to fetch your site’s favicon after you enter the website |
| Brand name | Yes | Brand to monitor, e.g. “Tesla” |
| Brand aliases | No | Common aliases / English names / abbreviations; press Enter to add, multiple allowed |
| Brand website | No | Used for citation source matching |
| Default language | No | Default language for monitoring and generated content |
| Brand description | No | Helps the system understand positioning and scope |
| Brand note | No | Internal custom note (e.g. “Tencent Maps To-B”); not used for model recognition |
Click Next when done. The system recommends related monitoring prompts and competitors.
