Add Monitoring Prompts
Monitoring prompts are the user questions you want AI to answer by recommending your brand. The system keeps tracking answers across models to see whether your brand is mentioned.
Browse the prompt list
Open Prompts in the sidebar to view and manage all monitoring prompts.
The top of the page supports three view modes:
- List — Flat list of every prompt
- By topic — Grouped by topic, with prompt count, rank, exposure, and trends
- By platform — Grouped by LLM platform
In topic view, each row shows the topic name, prompt count, rank, exposure and change rate, plus a Sparkline. Expand a row to see per-prompt details.
Supports date-range filters and group search.

Create prompts
Click New prompt to open batch creation.
- Left — Groups & prompts: Pick an existing group or create one, then add prompts under each group (Enter adds the next). Use + Add group for more groups
- Right — AI recommended prompts: Based on your brand and groups, the system suggests “basic” and “data” questions. Check boxes to insert them in bulk
The footer shows live group and prompt counts. Confirm with Create.

What makes a good monitoring prompt
| Recommended | Not recommended |
|---|---|
| “Recommend a few project management tools” | “Project management” (too broad; AI won’t name brands) |
| “Which tool fits a small team?” | “How is your brand?” (brand vanity search; no competition signal) |
| “Jira vs competitors” | Near-duplicate questions (wastes quota) |
| “Best EVs in 2026” | “EV” (too vague) |
Tips
- Think like the user: How would your target buyer ask AI to find your product?
- Cover scenarios: Comparisons, recommendations, reviews, industry rankings, and more
- Use AI suggestions: The right-hand panel surfaces angles you may not have thought of
